Mental health has been ignored form a long time. Mental health issues are thought to be a matter of embarrassment when it comes to discussion. It has been the prime reason behind rising suicides and relationship turmoils. Everybody is tensed today and is being pushed towards a bad mental posture. The first and foremost way to deal with mental issued is to speak up. Forget about the stigma and speak up for yourself.

 Here are 10 simple ways which can help you to boost your mental health


  1.  Feel your value

    Treat yourself with utmost kindness and respect. Criticism for others is sometimes good and helps you to improve, but avoid self-criticism. Make time for your hobbies and interests. Doing a crossword puzzle, watering the plants or taking dance lessons can be beneficial for your mental health.

  2.  Take care of your body

    Taking care of yourself physically can improve your mental health. Be sure to eat nutritious meal. For being physically sound stop smoking. Drinking plenty of water will keep you active. Do exercises, as it helps to relax and reduce depression. Take a good night's sleep for at least 8 hours.

  3. Be around good people:

    People with happy family and social connections are mentally healthier than those who lack a social support. Take a break and be around good and positive people. Do some fun activities together. Plan a picnic or holiday around. It helps soothe your over burdened mind.

  4. Help others

    Take out some time and energy to help someone else. You'll feel good about doing something good to someone in need — and it's a great way to meet new people. 

  5. Learn to deal with stress:
